So the first step is to create a steam group. Once this is created the group admin (the person who created the group) will need to click on Admin Options and then Edit group profile to get the steam group ID.

Through google all I could find was people telling other people to "leave the group". The problem is, I'm not in any steam groups that have L4D servers (I'm not in Misfit Gamers/MTMS group) but it still shows up.
